Paul Menard catches a lot of grief from drivers and fans alike. For me personally, maybe I look down on Menard because I want to be Paul Menard. He has a very successful father that can afford to put money into his sons racing career and guarantee him a spot on some team. Don’t tell me you wouldn’t willing embrace that opportunity too? Paul Menard, like many of the third-tier/group C (D & E) drivers on most fantasy NASCAR games, is only as valuable to your team respective to the other drivers also in that grouping. Menard will run every race. So, if you need that guarantee because you pick him and he is yours all season then so be it. If you are looking for a ‘low-salary’ driver on a ’salary-cap’ game then there are probably other drivers in that salary range that would do better for you.
