David Stremme got another shot at the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series in 2009 thanks to Roger Penske. Unfortunately, like his foray into the Cup Series in 2005 and 2006 with Chip Ganassi Racing, Stremme is once again without a Cup Series ride for the 2010 NASCAR season.
