Subscription Payment Policies

If you (the ‘user’) purchase a subscription to fantasyracingcheatsheet.com (the ’site’), your credit card or Paypal™ account will be charged at the time of purchase for a full 12-month period of access to the site.

Subscriptions to the site do not renew automatically. On the final day of your 12-month purchased subscription your user account will revert back to the non-member mode and access to content will be limited to the free content offered on the site.

For example, subscriptions purchased on February 4th, 2012 will continue until February 4th, 2013. After the end of this 12-month subscription, the user may choose to purchase another year access to the site at the current subscription price at that time.

Payments are handled via (https) secure server. The site has no access to the users credit card or Paypal™ information. The content that the site keeps on file for the users transaction includes: amount, date & time of payment, user’s full-name, user’s email address.
