Fantasy NASCAR Expert Contributors

In addition to the star of the site, the NASCAR Loop Data, I want to thank three guys that contributed their fantasy NASCAR insight to the Scouting Report segment on each of the NASCAR Driver pages.

It was a big help to me to have them write up their thoughts on how they thought a driver would perform for you on your NASCAR fantasy race team.

These fantasy NASCAR experts are:

Eric McClung

Eric McClung “This is very exciting to be flying under the Onebadwheel banner for another season. This is my second year covering fantasy NASCAR and fantasy sports in general.

I’ve managed somewhere around 100 entries in seven years of playing fantasy auto racing, baseball, basketball, football, golf and hockey. I’m also at KFFL, On Pit Row and RotoExperts. Follow me on Twitter.

Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Auto Racing rating of 83%, and 96% the last two years. ESPN Stock Car Challenge (salary cap) rating of 78.5% last year.

I blame last year’s On Pit Row expert pick rank solely on Kyle Busch.”

Ryan Rantz

Ryan Rantz “2010 is my eighth year of fantasy NASCAR. In my years of fantasy racing I’ve noticed that fantasy racers don’t take this sport anywhere near as seriously as fantasy football players take theirs. I think this is a travesty and is something that needs to get corrected, so it’s a good thing you’re here.

2008 was the year when I decided to try high profile fantasy racing to really test myself against others. In One Bad Wheel’s Champs, Chumps & Sleepers game I was the leader at the half way point and I went on to win the overall Midwest region. In 2009 I took up writing fantasy NASCAR content for OneBadWheel.com and Onpitrow.com. Last year I had the best NASCAR expert picking average at Onpitrow.com so you can trust my fantasy picks. You might’ve also heard me on the On Pit Row radio show and The Hardcore Fantasy Show last year.

Make sure you visit my site ifantasyrace.com where I’ll share the scoop on how I fantasy race.”

Charlie Turner

Charlie Turner “For the last 10 years, I have been one of the hosts of the weekly, syndicated mostly NASCAR radio show On Pit Row – The Fastest 2 Hours on Radio. And for the past four, I have been in charge of NASCAR content for OnPitRow.com. The website is home to the One and Done NASCAR Fantasy Racing game, one of the best NASCAR statistics databases and we host some of the top fantasy writers and features to be found anywhere on the net – including our weekly live fantasy NASCAR chat sessions during the season and the On Pit Row Newsletter.

Through the On Pit Row show I get the opportunity to talk to drivers, crew chiefs and owners and we bring the inside info to our NASCAR fantasy audience. We live and breathe NASCAR at OnPitRow.com. And we know fantasy racing.”
